1. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing & Cut-off Time

3. Shipping Rates & Transit Times
All delivery estimates are based on business days (Monday – Friday).

4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your package arrives safely:

The carrier is automatically selected based on the delivery destination and package size.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s portal.
6. Address Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct before checkout. Homisu is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Cancellations & Modifications
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes, please note the following:

12-Hour Cancellation Window: You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

How to Cancel: Please contact us immediately at support@homisu.store with your order number in the subject line.

Shipping Phase: Once an order has entered the shipping phase or has been handed over to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS), we cannot modify or cancel it. In these cases, you will need to follow our standard return process once the package arrives.
8. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date at support@homisu.store. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item.
9. Prices & Currency
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
